"Halo 2" is a first person shooter that has registered a resounding success, regardless of platform that was launched due to the recent additions consisting in multi-player online mode, improved what was already a great game.
In anticipation of Halo 3 deserves to remember the Halo 2, which just launched a version for Vista. Halo 2 first appeared in 2004 on Xbox and was an immediate success of a great magnitude. The ad to be shooter of the year, with increased facilities for network game. Three years later, Halo 2 has met with Vista. The effect was not as spectacular as anticipated by many fans but, even with some weaknesses in terms of quality graphics, Halo 2 remains a game very much appreciated.
PC version allows those interested to create their own maps. What a shooter is a key element of sustainable success. The single player in Halo 2 is not very long. An average player can solve in about 10 hours of actual game. The story depicts the same world in the first series Halo, a world where people have to do with a group of alien races called the Covenant and are generic in search of a religious artifact able to lead them in a "long journey", the end of the world and time.
